Refund and Returns Policy

Should you wish to return an item, we will gladly refund or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of purchase, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging.

We will arrange with our courier to collect the item, and once we have received it in good order, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Courier fees associated with the return of goods are for the customer’s account.

We apologise for any discrepancies that may occur. Steadyrack SA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to make all changes deemed necessary in the course of business, including but not limited to pricing, product specifications, quantities and product availability.
