Refund and Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your Steadyrack product, it may be returned to us provided it meets the following criteria:
– It is in a resalable condition (e.g – in the same condition in which you received it with no damage to the box or packaging).
– It is within 30 days from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
– It was purchased from this website (bestbikestorage.co.za).
– We have been notified of the return beforehand and provided you with a return address.
– Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges
Once we have received the Steadyrack(s) we will refund your purchase if it meets the above criteria.
Steadyrack SA Pty Ltd makes every effort to ensure that our posted specifications, images, pricing and product availability are as correct and timely as possible. We apologise for any discrepancies that may occur. Steadyrack SA Pty Ltd reserves the right to make any and all changes deemed necessary in the course of business including but not limited to pricing, product specifications, quantities, and product availability.

* Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for purchases made elsewhere (not online through Best Bike Storage) – please contact your original point of purchase to return your Steadyrack. Visit our Store Finder to assist in contacting your original store.
* Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to Steadyrack SA Pty Ltd in accordance with the returns policy. For more information, visit our Terms of Service.
