How to Choose the Right Bike Rack for Your Bike
STEP 1

Does your bike have fenders or mudguards? The FENDER RACK is designed to accommodate this. Some bikes, such as time trial and Aero bikes, have a narrow spacing between the downtube and the tyre. This can make it difficult for the rack arms to fit between. If your bike has less than 15mm gap it may be better suited to the FENDER RACK
STEP 2
MTB mudguards? – Please note many mountain bikes with small/short fenders or mudguards will not interfere with the function of our Classic Rack or Mountain Bike Rack.
STEP 3

Wheel size is the diameter of your wheel from edge to edge (A).
Tyre width is the width of the tire on the wheel (B).
The smallest wheel diameter that the Steadyracks can accommodate is a 16” tyre. For children’s bikes within this range, please choose the CLASSIC RACK.
The tyre width will determine which size rack to purchase.
If you have confirmed that your bike does not have fenders/mudguards or narrow spacing between the tyre and the downtube, read below to help choose a size.
Tyres up to 2.1″: The Classic Rack will be the best fit.
Tyres 2.1″ – 2.8″: The MTB Rack will be the best fit.
Tyres 2.8″ – 5″: The Fat Rack will be the best fit.
