Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your Steadyrack/GearMate/Zpurs product, it may be returned to us provided it meets the following criteria:

• It is in a resalable condition (e.g – in the same condition in which you received it
  with no damage to the box or packaging).
• It is within 30 days from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies
  will not be accepted after this time.
• It was purchased from this website (bestbikestorage.co.za).
• We have been notified of the return beforehand and provided you with a return
  address.

Please note, the Buyer is responsible for all courier charges as part of the return.

Once we have received the products back and processed the return, we will refund your purchase if it meets the above criteria.

We apologise for any discrepancies that may occur. Steadyrack SA Pty Ltd reserves the right to make any and all changes deemed necessary in the course of business including but not limited to pricing, product specifications, quantities, and product. availability.
